Dr. Saeed (Sam) Malayeri
Dr. Saeed (Sam) Malayeri, Ph.D., Au.D., has been transforming lives through better hearing and balance for over 25 years. Starting his audiology career in 1996, he earned a Ph.D. in Audiology in 2014 and an Audiology Doctorate (Au.D.) in 2021, solidifying his expertise in the field.
Odette Savage, CSA
Odette Savage, a former Registered Nurse, has been dedicated to patient care and client support for over 20 years. With experience across hospitals, long-term care, and psychiatric settings, she brings both clinical expertise and compassionate professionalism to her role as Customer Services Administrator at Novasound Hearing and Balance Center. Her background in healthcare allows her to respond to client needs with empathy, clarity, and efficiency.
Before joining Novasound Hearing and Balance Center, Odette built a career grounded in nursing and healthcare services, gaining valuable experience in a variety of clinical settings. Known for her warm demeanor and ability to build rapport quickly, she creates a welcoming and supportive environment for every client. At Novasound, Odette is committed to ensuring every individual feels heard, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
